Back to School Giveaways 2026
As we wrap up the first full week of school, Local 1010 LECET wishes students, families, educators, and school communities across New York City a great start to the academic year!
Throughout the summer, we were glad to help students get ready for the year ahead by donating and distributing backpacks and school supplies across the five boroughs.
Thank you again to NYC Council Member Amanda Farias, Queens Borough President Donovan Richards, Senator Jessica Scarcella-Spanton, Assemblymember Jessica González-Rojas, Councilmember Crystal Hudson, Assemblywoman Catalina Cruz and Council Member Carmen De La Rosa for inviting Local 1010 LECET to support your back-to-school events and the communities you serve.
We hope everyone has a fun, safe and successful year!
