Local 1010 LECET are proud to support Tools & Tiaras Inc Summer Camp

Local 1010 LECET and the NYS Laborers' Health & Safety Trust Fund are proud to support Tools & Tiaras Inc summer camp, an incredible program introducing young girls to the world of skilled trades!

At camp, girls get hands-on experience with real tools and equipment, learning about careers in the unionized construction trades, and more. It's about showing them early that the trades are for them too. These young "tradeswomen in training" are building confidence alongside their skills.

Representatives from Skanska facilitated a workshop with the girls, sharing firsthand insights into life on active construction projects and providing an inside look at the exciting career opportunities available in the industry.

Programs like Tools & Tiaras are planting seeds today for a stronger, more diverse workforce tomorrow.
