Centralized Construction Mentor Program

Local 1010 Vice President and Organizing Director, Lowell Barton, recently participated in a panel for the Centralized Construction Mentor Program, an initiative led by NYC's Office of MWBE to help small MWBE contractors navigate and compete for public construction opportunities.

Alongside industry partners, Lowell shared insights on union labor, workforce development, and the resources available to contractors seeking to grow their businesses while creating good-paying union jobs.
